A common launch mistake is installing too many plugins and losing control over balance. The first set should cover administration, safety and basic player comfort.
Start with permissions and groups, logs, anti-spam, moderation, private messages, basic commands and a clear economy if the server concept needs one.
Add every new plugin separately and test after restart. That makes it easier to find what broke commands, loading or balance.
