Discord is not just chat. It is where players understand rules, learn about wipes, report issues, get support and come back to the server.
At launch, keep a few clear channels: rules, news, wipes, support, reports, suggestions, store and general chat. Too many channels create emptiness.
Roles should help navigation: member, VIP, Premium, moderator, admin, server owner, seller or partner. Never sell roles that grant management access.
